Our Reserve Chardonnay opens with aromas of baked stone fruit and Manuka honey that lead into a palate of creme brulée, baked apple streusel, crushed almond brittle, caramel and underlying fresh citrus.
This 100% Chardonnay was hand-picked in the middle of the night to retain the cool temperature and fresh acid. We fermented and aged this delicious Chardonnay in 100% new French oak. It was lees stirred multiple times per week to ensure a beautiful weighty mouthfeel and long finish.
