SWEET SPARKLING WINE

Sweet and low in alcohol, this fresh, sparkling pearl is the expression of a territory. Made from 100% white Moscato grapes, its elegant and rich bouquet tells of moments spent together, such as afternoons enjoyed with friends and family. Floral, fruity and herbaceous with notes of sage, white peach, acacia and delicate honey.

COLOR Straw yellow with light green reflections.
NOSE Light and refreshing with sage and acacia on the nose.
TASTE Full, sweet white peach and good freshness.
FOOD PAIRING Desserts such as panettone or hazelnut cake, but also fresh salami or semi-aged or aged cheese.

DRY SPARKLING WINE

Fresh, fizzy and fruity, with flavours reminiscent of apple and pear. It has a sweet scent and a soft touch in the mouth and as such, it is perfect as an aperitivo, or for blending in cocktails such as the Aperol Spritz.

COLOR Straw yellow.
NOSE Fruity, floral, slightly herbaceous, with green apple and pear notes.
TASTE Fresh and mild at the same time, with good persistence.
FOOD PAIRING Very easy to pair, this expression is the perfect fit for every kind of aperitivo, as well as first and second courses made with seafood, white meat and vegetables, even when citrus fruits are used in preparation. Specific pairings could be spicy food, when aromatic but not too hot, such as curried or tandoori chicken. A nice pairing for vegetable dishes and soups, and also very good paired with savoury vegetable tarts or fresh cheese.

Rosé Edition

SWEET SPARKLING WINE

Sweet and low in alcohol, this rosé immediately charms with its beautiful, intense pink colour. Thanks to the pinot noir, it reveals notes of wild berries that make it a cascade of fresh and appetising notes.

COLOR Full, luminous pink.
NOSE Fruity, reminiscent of wild strawberries, red berries, blueberries and red currants. Floral, with notes of rose and violet.
TASTE Full, sweet red berries.
FOOD PAIRING Peaches and red berries in a glass, garnished with a mint leaf. Also pairs well with tea and biscuits, cream and fruit pastries.
