West Cork Single Malt Port Cask Finished Irish Whiskey is made from 100% malted barley, it is distilled in a small batch. It is patiently matured in first fill Bourbon casks & then finished in Quinta Da Boeira port casks. It is then no-chill filtered and bottled without added colour at 43%.

West Cork Irish Whiskey 5 Year Old Single Pot Still celebrates the true innovation at West Cork Irish Whiskey. Our pot still whiskey is composed of a unique mash ratio of 66:33 malted versus unmalted barley. The mash is then distilled in our one of a kind Rocket Still, which is the fastest pot still in the world. It is then matured in First Fill Ex Bourbon Casks and then after 5 patient years bottled at 43%.

West Cork 7 Year Old

The 7-Year-Old Single Malt is the latest malt expression from West Cork Irish Whiskey. As per the Single Pot Still, it uses exclusively 100% local Irish grain and is also matured in Bodega Olorosso casks from the Tolerina Rodriguez bodega in Cadiz, Spain for a period of 4 years then further aged in first fill Bourbon Barrels for another 3 years. After patiently waiting for 7 years it is bottled at 46%.

West Cork IPA Cask Matured Blended Irish Whiskey is made from a delicate blend of grain (75%) and malt (25%) whiskey then aged in first fill bourbon casks and then finished in casks that previously had held Black’s of Kinsale IPA. The result is an Irish Whiskey that is mildly hoppy with sweet undertones and there is a finish of roasted nuts, malt and sweet spices.
