Description

This single malt Scotch whisky is aged for 13 years, utilizing a combination of ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks. Bottled at 46% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and contains no caramel coloring.

Nose

 :

Aromas reminiscent of Bonfire Night, featuring oozing toasted marshmallows, fire-roasted pineapples, and baked apples studded with cloves, with a tang of cordite lingering in the background.

Taste

 :

Oily malt arrives first, followed by BBQ pineapple and summer berries, with notes of pine nuts and almonds.

Finish

 :

A very soft hint of sulfur hides behind biscuit and apple notes.

Description

This expression is aged for 17 years, crafted from a rarer blend of casks, including a mixture of ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks. Bottled at 46% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and free from caramel coloring.

Nose

 :

Rich exotic fruit notes, primarily pineapple, balanced with hints of vanilla, spice, and a subtle smoky undertone.

Taste

 :

Smooth with flavors of sweet vanilla, caramelized apple, and bursts of pineapple, citrus, and lightly charred oak, especially when a drop of water is added.

Finish

 :

Long and coating, with a bit of smokiness that doesn't overstay its welcome.
