Production Method

:

Thermo-controlled maceration and alcoholic
fermentation with selected yeasts for about 10 days. Ageing in French and American oak for about 10 days.

Tasting Note

:

Ruby red, enriched with violet reflections, aroma generous bouquet, which recalls ripe cherries and plums, with pleasant notes of cocoa and vanilla. Taste a wine of a velvety texture, softened by the warmth of Primitivo grapes, the finish offers notes of persistent sweetness. A wine that preserves its organoleptic characteristics for 5 years.

Masseria Pietrosa Primitivo Di Manduria

Production

:

Grapes are hand-harvested in advanced status of ripening.
Destemming and crushing followed by cold soak maceration at 8°C for
about 24-48 hours. Thermo-controlled maceration and alcoholic
fermentation for about 10 days with autochthonous yeasts at 24-26°C. Ageing 12 month in fine French and American wood barrels.

Tasting Note

:

Intense and elegant ruby red. wide and complex to the nose, fruity, with prunes, cherry jam aroma, with notes of tobacco, slightly spicy. Taste a full-bodied wine, soft and rich in fine tannins, with notes of cocoa, coffee and vanilla at the finish.

Masseria Pietrosa Vora Negroamaro Salento

Grape

:

Negroamaro.

Production Method

:

Grapes are hand-harvested in advanced status of ripening.
Destemming and crushing followed by cold soak maceration at 8°C for
about 24-48 hours. Thermo-controlled maceration and alcoholic
fermentation for about 10 days with autochthonous yeasts at 24-26°C. Ageing 12 month in fine French and American wood barrels.

Tasting Note

:

Deep purple red with violet-black reflections. Aroma intense and persistent, with black-currant and wild fruit scent, spicy with balsamic and vanilla notes. Taste a full-bodied wine, soft and balanced, long and pleasantly flavoured in the end.

Best served with: Excellent with savoury first courses, every kind of meat courses and mature cheese.

:

fermentation with selected yeasts for about 10 days. Ageing in stainless steel tanks.

Deep purple red with violet-black reflections. Aroma intense and persistent, with blackcurrant and wild fruit scent, spicy, with thyme notes. Taste full-bodied wine, soft and balanced, long and sapid in the end.
