Tasting Note

 :

Crianza is the ideal wine to be enjoyed every day. It is light, fresh, and has intense fruit flavours, particularly those of black fruits like blackberries and plums. The ageing comes through in subtle notes of liquorice, vanilla, coconut, and bakery. On the palate, it is elegant, juicy, and very easy to drink.

Ramon Bilbao Reserva

Description

A wine which combines the classic Rioja ingredients to perfection, such as the tempranillo and American oak, to which we add our own unique personality. Ruby red, with the scent of black and red fruits, liquorice, menthol, and violet sweets. Medium tannin intensity and round. Best paired with spicy food, curry, and as well as traditional dishes, red meat and matured cheeses.

Tasting Note

 :

Garnet red color with medium-high depth. It has aromas of sweet spices, vanilla, brioche, cumin, mentholated nuances and wild herbs. It has good alcohol and acidity balance. High intensity with notes of fresh black and red fruit. The red fruit and sweet spices reappear in the retronasal phase. It is balanced, harmonious, round and of medium tannin intensity.

Ramon Bilbao Gran Reserva

Description

A wine which is only produced in excellent vintages and which in its soul holds the tradition, craftsmanship and magic of time. Perfect match for red meat, mature cheeses and barbecues.

Color

 :

Garnet red colour, with a high intensity layer.

Nose

 :

The nose is clean and rich in nuances, typical of the passage of time. The fruit character predominates, in the form of red and black fruit. It has balsamic notes, aromas of ageing, in the form of vanilla, nutmeg and coconut. Notes of undergrowth, balsamic and spicy aromas.

Taste

 :

On the palate it is long, with volume, silky and refreshing acidity, to keep it alive for years.

Ramon Bilbao Verdejo

Description

Ramón Bilbao Verdejo emerges as a crisp and approachable white wine, perfectly suited for those who appreciate pure and uncomplicated flavors. Olfactorily, it unveils a spectrum of scents with the grapefruit and white fruits distinctly prominent, enhanced by a delicate nuance of blossoms and fresh herbs (fennel, jasmine). On the palate, its lightness is harmoniously blended with a balanced acidity that invigorates the taste buds, culminating in a delightful sensation and a subtly citrus aftertaste.

Color

 :

Pale yellow in colour with greenish reflections, and of medium intensity. It is a clean and bright wine, forming tears.

Nose

 :

High intensity of fruity and floral aromas with notes of grapefruit and orange blossom. It has herbaceous aromas like fennel, and notes of freshly cut grass.

Taste

 :

Fresh, with balanced body and acidity, and an intense aftertaste. Fresh fruit with herbal and floral notes reappearing in retronasal.

Perfect with cold dishes such as creams, steamed vegetables, salads, cream cheeses and white meats.

Description

Ramón Bilbao Rosado is a young and vibrant rosé wine. On the nose, it features prominent aromas of strawberries and raspberries, with a subtle hint of peach. On the palate, it is light and refreshing, with a balanced acidity that enhances its fruity flavours.
