5th GENERATION

Cabernet Merlot

GRAPE VARIETY Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot.
COLOR Crimson purple.
NOSE Aromas of green capsicum, aniseed and coffee bean.
TASTE This Cabernet Merlot is densely flavoured with chocolate, mint, leaf and red berry flavours, complemented with soft tannin, a fleshy mid palate and a light, soft finish.

5th GENERATION

Chardonnay

GRAPE VARIETY Chardonnay
COLOR Pale straw.
NOSE A classic Barossa Chardonnay with powerful aromas of peaches and cream, accented by sweet and aromatic spices of cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and cardamom. Ripe tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango coupled with the sweet scents of fresh brioche and croissants, and a hint of double cream and fresh cultured butter.
TASTE Flavours of fresh peach, pineapple and mango layered with clotted cream, spiced cinnamon buns, buttered toast and a hint of cheesy funk. The sweet-fruited, complex and densely flavoured palate is creamy and decadent; yet finishes crisp and clean thanks to carefully balanced acidity and excellent persistence of flavour.

Barossa Merlot

GRAPE VARIETY Merlot
COLOR Red with purple hues and great depth.
NOSE Vibrant aromas of mixed spice, liquorice, ripe plum and dark cherry.
TASTE This medium to full bodied Merlot is filled with liqueur cherry, vanilla and dark chocolate flavours. Textured soft palate with gentle tannins complimented with a lingering sweet fruit finish.

Adelaide Hills Pinot Gris

GRAPE VARIETY Pinot Gris
COLOR Pale straw with the slightest hint of rose gold.
NOSE The nose is incredibly perfumed with intense aromas of fresh pear, cinnamon spiced apple tarte tatin with fresh cream and candied citrus; accented by diverse floral topnotes of dried rose petals and dewy apple blossom.
TASTE A sweetly flavoured palate bursting with fresh Nashi pear, Granny Smith apple and sweet spices. The palate is rich and creamy through the mid palate yet finishes crisp and clean with zesty natural acidity and vibrant, persistent flavours.
ALCOHOL 12.7 %
FOOD PAIRING Any dishes ranging from fresh seafood, sushi, salad to roast chicken, stir-fries, curries or steak. Enjoy as an aperitif with hors-d’oeuvres or later with cheese.

Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc

GRAPE VARIETY Sauvignon Blanc
COLOR Very pale straw with a tinge of green.
NOSE Intensely perfumed with sweet tropical fruits – passionfruit, pineapple, mango and guava; Herbaceous undertones of Thai basil, kaffir lime leaf and snowpea tendrils with a hint of the oceanic – saline sea spray and oyster shell.
TASTE The sweet tropical flavours of passionfruit and pineapple are complemented by the classic Sauvignon Blanc characters of gooseberry, lychee and sweet basil. The palate is fresh and zesty with a crisp, flavourful mid palate, finishing with the mouth-watering zing of sherbet-like natural acidity.

FOOD PAIRING Perfect with fresh seafood, like barbequed prawns or lightly seared scallops. Also goes exceptionally well with fresh Asian-style cuisine – sushi, salads or stir-fries.

Barossa Shiraz

GRAPE VARIETY Shiraz
COLOR Crimson red with a violet hue.
NOSE Aromas of lifted mulberry, clove, plum and milk chocolate, with confectionary notes as the wine opens up in the glass.
TASTE Medium – full bodied, this wine is plush and vibrant with strawberry jam, milk chocolate and blueberry characteristics. A lingering finish with a touch of fruit sweetness on the end.
