GRAPE VARIETY Sauvignon Blanc : 76% ~ Freshness and fruit
Sémillon : 22% ~ Roundness and density
Muscadelle : 2% ~ Refinement
COLOR Pale yellow with a buttercup hue.
NOSE The nose opens on the citrus fruit aromas typical of Sauvignon Blanc, then goes on to reveal intense yellow peach and nectarine notes that are characteristic of Semillon.
TASTE The fresh attack shows attractive lime and kumquat flavours, while the round and full-bodied mid-palate reveals intense yellow peach notes which linger on the finish, joined by delicately acidulated touches of apricot and mirabelle.

FOOD PAIRING Scallops with citrus fruit, oysters, seafood linguine.

GRAPE VARIETY Merlot: 77% ~ Fruit and roundness
Cabernet Franc : 16% ~ Refinement and elegance.
Cabernet Sauvignon: 7% ~ Concentration and length
COLOR Pale candy-pink with lychee highlights.
NOSE The succulent nose expresses intense grapefruit and red berry fruit aromas.
TASTE The attack is forthright and highly expressive, marked by the grapefruit notes found on the nose. Fresh, red berry fruit flavours then emerge on the close-knit, refined mid-palate, lingering on the fresh and elegant finish.
ALCOHOL 12.5 %
FOOD PAIRING As an aperitif or with Bellota ham tostada, sushi and maki or raspberry tart.
